From August 25 to 28, the biggest fashion event in North America takes place in Montreal, in Quartier des Spectacles. Having already welcomed around 500,000 people before the pandemic, the festival is back at full capacity and has a lot of surprises in store for you. Every year, the festival’s pop-up space is a big part of the event. You have the opportunity to visit the booths, try the products, take advantage of exclusive discounts, etc. This year, we have THE LARGEST pop-up space with 46 companies from Quebec.

Speaking of surprises… An exclusive collaboration show between 2 Quebec companies will take place during the festival. We won’t tell you more for now, but apparently Dailystory and Bertrand La Ligne are involved.

The festival program includes several fashion shows from different brands and schools in Montreal. However, we are not talking about simple fashion shows. At the FMD, we do things in a big way! That’s why you’ll have the chance to attend, among others, a performance with utensils. Yes, utensils!
The brands invited always prepare small and big surprises. This year, you will have the chance to attend the launch of a new sustainable lifestyle brand by Marie-Claire, directly at the festival.
At the Mode + Design Festival, we also party! With our musical program composed of emerging artists, you won’t be disappointed!
In Quartier des Spectacles, we are fortunate to have a large area right in the middle of downtown to offer you everything you need. Whether you’re thirsty, hungry, want to take a nap, or want to see a play, your desires will be fulfilled.
As in all festivals, many Quebec influencers will be present. Some have created their own companies (which will be in the pop-up area !), others are coming to have fun and chat with their subscribers. The festival is also an opportunity to meet your next boss or maybe even your next boyfriend, who knows!
